How do I make a reservation?

You can also connect with us on the 'contact form' or 'chat tool' via our website. We hope to have booking via the website live soon, this function is still under construction.

You can also find 5 of our cabins listed on Airbnb where you can book immediately.

To confirm your booking, we need the following...
If your booking is made before the 5th January, we require your name, cell phone number, email address and written acceptance of cancellation policy. We will contact you either by phone or email after the 5th January for full payment.
If your booking is made after the 5th of January we require everything above as well as FULL payment.
There are NO additional fees or taxes.
We DO NOT allow Pets on our property at this time.
CANCELLATIONS
If you make a booking before the 5th of January, there is a 10% non-refundable deposit for all bookings that are for multiple cabins OR more than 2 days in length.

More than 30 days from the beginning of your stay
Refunds will be issued (minus a $50 cancellation fee per cabin & a 3.5% fee of the original booking total).
Less than 30 days from the beginning of your stay
No refunds will be issued unless we can rent your booked cabin(s) for the cancelled nights.
If a refund or partial refund is issued, it will be the balance of the remaining nights that remained unbooked minus a $50 cancellation fee per cabin & a 3.5% fee of the original booking total.
Due to our remote location, this cancellation policy MUST be strictly enforced. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance, which is available through several providers.
Check in begins at 3pm
Checkout time is 10am
This way we can ensure that cabins are ready for our new guests to check in by 3pm.
If you would like to go off for the day and collect your stuff later
Free carparking, food & baggage storage is available by prior arrangement.
